Role Overview 📝
We’re looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of our retailers and end recipients.
As UX designer, you will lead the charge in crafting intuitive, engaging and efficient user experiences across our digital platforms. From conceptualising driver-facing platforms to optimising recipients and retailers interfaces, you will ensure that every interaction with HIVED reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence. Working closely with the product and brand functions, developers and stakeholders, you’ll help transform complex challenges into elegant solutions that drive impact, enhance usability and align with out mission of elevating and redefining the logistics industry.

Responsibilities
- Create user-centred designs, including wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that align with HIVED's brand and mission
- Work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of user experience in product development
- Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Design interfaces and experiences that are accessible to all users, ensuring compliance with usability standards
- Gather feedback from and conduct usability testing with users and internal teams to refine designs and improve the overall user journey
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes and visual designs
- Proficient in Figma
- Excellent understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, colour theory and layout
- Experience designing for a range of digital platforms (web, mobile and apps)
- Skilled at conducting usability testing and experienced in user research
- Strong understanding of accessibility principles and a commitment to designing inclusive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborative effectively with cross-functional teams (brand, marketing, product, tech and data)
Steps and process

- Step 2: 45 minutes call with Megan & Lottie from our Brand Experience Team
- Step 3: Take home task
- Step 4: 1 hour interview with Romane and Andy, where you will be presenting the task
- Step 5: 20 minutes call with one of our co-founders
